1. Comercial Diagnostic.

The Auditory Comercial ® is a marketing methodology used for evaluative purposes, developed by Mercadeando S.A. to permit one to, in a relatively short amount of time, take a participative radiography of commercial position of the business. It identifies critical points within the product line needing attention, as well as those points within the target market, and the business. This will enable entrepreneurs to develop higher impact strategies that will better their sales and drive them towards their commercial objective.

5. PRIME: Planned Response from an Interactive Market ®

A process which lasts an average of 12 months, which allows our client to see a diagnostic of its current commercial situation, in function with the objectives set. It also identified “what” strategic and operative conditions are impeding the business from reaching said goals.

A Marketing plan is developed based on this diagnostic and will maintain the business in fundamental alignment, helping it to continue adapting itself during moments of implementation. This will also help the business maintain control in the competitive environment, and keep an eye on its strategies.
